What's the Process?
What if I want additional hours of shooting coverage?
Whatever you need! Additional hours are $400 per hour for all collections
How many photos can I expect to receive?
There is no set number, as everyone is different. As a general rule of thumb, you will receive 50 – 70 hand edited digital photos per hour of shooting, depending on the type of event.
How long does it take to receive our photos?
I provide a first look via your online gallery within 3 days of our session, and full galleries are delivered within 6 weeks! You are notified via email and text when your online gallery is ready. Each gallery also comes with an online store where you can order custom save the dates, invites, thank you cards, prints, albums and more!
What are the payment terms?
For all services, I require a 30% retainer and a signed photography agreement to reserve your date. Full payment is required within 4 weeks of your scheduled shoot. I’m also willing to split the remaining balance into payments if that is your preference!
Do you photograph in bad weather?
In most cases, it’s best just to accept what mother nature throws at us! If the conditions are safe then I will get you prepared to brave the weather and have one hell of an adventure.
How do we elope at Rocky Mountain National Park?
RMNP is one of my all time favorites!! In order to elope to this amazing location, you must obtain a permit from National Park Services which costs $200, and covers the B&G, officiant, and photographer. The permits can be obtained online via the NPS.gov website and may be scheduled up to 1 year in advance, and no later than 7 days prior to your event. Parking is limited.
The park has 12 locations where you are able to have your ceremony! The majority accomodate 20 people or less. Please note the ceremony site is still open to the public, and site use is available on a first come, first-served basis and limited to 2 hours maximum at all locations.
We can go to other places in the park to take portraits after the ceremony, but this must be indicated and approved on the permit.
