PRICING FOR ADVENTUROUS ELOPEMENTS & INTIMATE WEDDINGS

You’re not looking for just another elopement photographer

Luckily I will be just about everything else

If I wrote out the step-by-step process of everything I’ll do for you, you’d be scrollin’ for days. I am a detail-obsessed elopement guide, a walking resource catalog of the most adventurous places in the West, and a fast friend.

I know that eloping can feel like this big mysterious thing that you have no idea how to navigate. Great news: I know how to navigate all of this and I’m ready to help make your elopement the best day ever.

Here are a few ways I can simplify your life:

LOCATION SCOUTING

The number 1 question I get from couples: “How do we figure out where to elope?” This is the best part of my job. I get to research you, your story, and amazing locations to make personalized recommendations. Then I deliver 5 – 10 personally selected and researched options for you to consider and I help you decide!

TIMELINE PLANNING

The second most asked question: “What will we actually do?” Answer: whatever the hell you want! That’s the best part about eloping. You decide literally everything. Like I said, I’ll help set the intention and give you reasons to remember why you’re doing this, but you get to choose what your favorite things are and then I’ll help plan them for you.

EVERY LITTLE THING

The third most asked question: “What will we actually do?” Answer: whatever the hell you want! That’s the best part about eloping. You decide literally everything. Like I said, I’ll help set the intention and give you reasons to remember why you’re doing this, but you get to choose what your favorite things are and then I’ll help plan them for you.

“Never did I imagine my entire wedding day to be completely stress free and just a literal dream! From the start, Paige was absolutely wonderful to work with!!!”

– Nicole & Calix

Get Ready For A Wedding Experience That Will Knock Your Socks Off

When you’re driving home from your elopement with me, I want you to talk about how that wasn’t anything like you expected. You thought you would stand awkwardly and just stare into each other’s eyes and at the camera for an hour. Maybe bust out a prom pose or two like you’re back in high school.

Instead, you’ll talk about how you went on an epic adventure in the great outdoors. You danced, you laughed, you watched the sunset, you chugged from bottles of champagne, walked barefoot in the sand, or got your boots dirty on the trail.

You focused on your favorite person in the world, and truly appreciated the relationship that means most to you.

Drone Photo & Video

Would you like to capture your epic wedding day from a whole new perspective? One of my favorite ways to get the epic ‘tiny human, big landscape’ images and videos. This is available as an add on to any wedding day when also hiring my team for videography! Weather & location permitting.

Multi-Day Elopements

Maybe you want to have the ‘just us’ experience then celebrate with your closest family and friends (best of both worlds). I’m up for literally any adventure you have in mind! From backpacking & camping elopements under the stars to taking an extra day for an epic adventure like a helicopter ride or a 4×4 backroad excursion.

Custom Elopement Packages

Your wedding day is not a one size fits all, and your elopement package doesn’t have to be either! 4 hours is my starting point, but if you’re looking at the collections above and don’t feel like 4, 8 or 12 hours of coverage is what you need then let’s chat. I’ll put together a draft timeline and build you the dream elopement package.

FAQ

Nope! I specialize strictly in small weddings and elopements with 20 guests or less. In addition, in most locations I have limitations on how many people I can bring out into the wilderness. This is in place to keep these locations pristine so they can be visited for years to come. If you plan to have more than 15 guests than I will likely recommend renting a space (which there are many affordable outdoor options for $400 or less – check out local National or State parks).

In order to officially book me, I require a 40% non-refundable retainer and completed photography agreement to reserve your date on my calendar. This kicks off all the planning and location scouting! The remaining 60% is due 30 days before your wedding day.

Absolutely! You can add on hours at literally any time (even day of) for $700 each. All collections start at 4 hours minimum. This makes it easy – If you’re not sure how much coverage you need then book the minimum and we can adjust the hours during the timeline planning phase! The nature of elopements and small weddings is to be flexible. You’re allowed to be spontaneous and soak in the views for a little longer. I won’t stop you!

I guarantee a minimum of 50 images per hour that you hire me, but typically deliver a little more than that.

Within 3 to 4 days of your wedding day you will receive a minimum of 20 speak peek images! Woo hoo!! These will tide you over, as full galleries are delivered within 8 weeks maximum.

As long as the conditions are not dangerous, then I am prepared to photograph in just about anything! Rain and snow bring such a beautiful spin to photos, and it’s best to just embrace the elements. Don’t worry  – I have plenty of ways to help you prepare!  Colorado afternoon storms typically move in quickly, which means they leave just as fast. It’s common for us to see afternoon spring or summer storms between 3 and 5PM.

Please note that the day you hire me is YOUR DAY. I will not be photographing any other wedding or engagement sessions that day. That means if we look at the weather 48 hours before and decide that sunrise would be better, then we can make it happen with more than 24 hours notice.

I would highly suggest a weekday elopement in order to avoid crowds! Colorado is a very over-loved state, and the most beautiful locations like Rocky Mountain National Park are often way overcrowded. Sunrise or weekday elopements in areas like this will typically yield smaller crowds or complete seclusion.

All payments are made online. After reaching out to me and confirming we are a good fit and your date is available, I will send you a booking link that takes you to a 3 step online process to book me. First, complete your contact information and select your photography collection. Second, you both sign your photography agreement ( I will be immediately prompted to sign after you do ). Finally, you will be prompted to pay your 40% non-refundable retainer via credit card, debit card or bank transfer. Checks are not accepted.

Heck yes I do! Go ahead and reach out to me and I will put together a custom elopement collection, just for you! I’m up for whatever adventure you have in mind.

No question. Snowboarding, off-roading, camping, backpacking, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, snowmobiling, helicopter tours, hot air balloons – I just about do it all. I typically drive my Jeep Wrangler to elopements and I’m not afraid to take her to adventurous places!

As little or as much as you want! You tell me how far you want to hike and I will find locations within your parameters. There are plenty of locations that are accessible by off-roading vehicle or car. One thing to note, the easier the spot is to get to the busier it may be. This isn’t always the case, but is typical.

Right after hiring me you will receive a link to your password protected client portal. There you can view your photography agreement, invoices, questionnaires and more. You will also receive a link to your first questionnaire – The Getting To Know You & Location Scouting Questionnaire.
